Cara brings over 20 years of experience supporting C-Suite and Fortune 500 executives, plus that of owning her own business, consulting, and startup expertise to the table to help executives and professionals plan for a great future after retirement.

As a Certified Professional Retirement Coach through the Retirement Coaches Association, Cara’s certification gives her a strong foundation, and she doesn’t stop there but continuously adds ideas from the latest research and solutions-based elements to her practice.

Cara witnessed her father’s untimely retirement (he was even featured in New York Times Magazine, ‘When Wal-mart Comes to Town’), and she experienced firsthand how difficult this transition can be. She founded Good Morning Freedom so that no one else needs to experience what her Dad did.
