Equipped with the latest technology, fully intelligent production has been realized in the field of PVC pipe fittings and PE electrofusion fitting, both of which are fully automated with the automation system. This advanced system coordinates the interaction between each process without manual intervention, ensuring 24-hour production without interruption. In addition, the intelligent system enables real-time product quality monitoring, while the digital management platform provides real-time data analysis for better decision-making. LESSO achieves intelligent automation of pipe and fittings production from material feeding, mixing, product manufacturing, and packaging to warehousing.
LESSO’s implementation of intelligent manufacturing has not only led to stable product quality, reduced carbon emissions, and improved market coverage and response efficiency but also a significant increase in production capacity. Since the adoption of the intelligent system in 2018, the LESSO PE electrofusion fitting workshop’s comprehensive qualification rate has increased from 70% to over 97%, and the production capacity has increased by more than 1.5 times. As for the PVC fittings workshop, each piece of equipment can produce nearly 5 products per minute, and with 41 sets of equipment running around the clock, the production efficiency has improved greatly. The automated production line also boasts a qualified rate of 99.8% or more.
