Enhancing Quality of Life in ROSHN’s Western Region Communities: A Fiber Optic Milestone with “Integrated Dawiyat”

Riyadh, 13 September 2023: ROSHN, the Kingdom’s leading national real estate developer and PIF-funded giga-project, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company at the Cityscape Global in Riyadh to provide residents of ROSHN’s future projects in western regions with modern, high-quality fiber optic connectivity.
Under this agreement, Dawiyat Integrated will provide fiber optics connectivity to more than 5,660 residential units in the first phase of ROSHN’s SEDRA community, and a total number of 34,520 residential units in the seventh phase of the same project. This agreement was signed during a special ceremony as part of the Cityscape Global by ROSHN Group CEO. David Grover, and acting CEO of Dawiyat Integrated, Saleh Alowain.

With this partnership, our residents have the best-in-class services they need to live, work, and play connected to families, friends, and colleagues; information and entertainment; business and news, wherever they may be. On the other hand, Engineer Saleh Alowain stated that this agreement will contribute to the development of digital infrastructure in the Kingdom, enabling Dawiyat Integrated to provide wholesale services to licensed telecommunications companies in the Kingdom. These companies will work to offer broadband fiber optic services to residential and commercial sectors, accounting for more than 34,520 residential units in future ROSHN projects in the Western region.
