Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (the Trust) has filed Form 10-K/A with the SEC containing its amended Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2023. The 10-K was amended to include the consolidated financial statements of Penney Intermediate Holdings LLC for the Year Ended February 3, 2024, which were not available when the Annual Report on Form 10-K was initially filed.

About Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust

Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (the Trust) was established to acquire 160 retail properties and 6 warehouse distribution centers (the Properties) from J.C. Penney as part of its Chapter 11 plan of reorganization. The Trusts operations consist solely of owning, leasing and selling the Properties. The Trusts objective is to sell the Properties to third-party purchasers as promptly as practicable. The Trustee of the trust is GLAS Trust Company LLC.
